SHIPPING - HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE


Shipping takes 5-7 business days and please allow 7-10 business days during high volume times as well as international order placements. For international order allwo 10-14 business days and during high volume times up to 3 weeks (international only).




HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?


Every purchase is a final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. NO REFUNDS! NO EXCEPTIONS! Understand that once order is palced automaticlaly in many cases the orders may or can be shipped before 5-7 business days.




CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGES?


Exchanges are acceptable only for any damaged products. If you have received any damaged items, discrepancies MUST be reported within 48 hours of receiving your merchandise.you must contact us via email at customerservice@kyreeholivaycosmetics.com, must have email confirmation, original receipt, and packing slip. You must take and upload photo of the product/s as well. Please know that before all items are shipped out we do an extensive tests to secure all our products so during the shipping process. After we have investigated the circumstance, we will reach you with definite guidelines on the best way to restore the item(s) and the process we take to get your item(s) replaced. With the goal for us to keep up the nature of our items, we won't accept any returns of products for reasons other than them being damaged or defective. We apologize ahead of time for the inconvenience this may cause. Note: If we support or approve a refund in any capacity whatsoever after items have been shipped out, that refund will be given in the form of ONLINE STORE CREDIT ONLY




MY ITEM WAS STOLEN HOW CAN I GET A REFUND?


Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items under any circumstances.




I INPUT THE INCORRECT ADDRESS INFORMATION CAN I GET A REFUND?


We're sorry to inform you, but please understand that if you provided an incorrect address at checkout, a refund will not be granted under any circumstances. However, you may email customer service immediately at customerservice@kyreeholivaycosmetics.com, for an address correction there will be a $7 processing fee. Please know there is a risk that orders will go out within 24 hours. Shipping fees are non-refundable.




WHAT SHIPPING METHOD DO YOU USE?


All Addicted2Cosmetics packages are shipped USPS ONLY. We are not responsible for any delays or shipment issues caused by the USPS.




WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS RETURNED TO SENDER?


Once your order is returned to the sender, we will contact you via email to the same email address provided at checkout at the time of purchase. If you are requesting for your order to be reshipped, you will be required to pay a reshipping fee. If you would rather not have your order reshipped, we will issue a store credit ONLY in the full amount of your order. This will be minus the shipping cost.




DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?


Yes, shipping turnaround time 10 – 14 business days.




I AM AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER DO I PAY CUSTOMS AND TAXES?


Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Addicted2Cosmetics (K.H).

In addition, we are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, moves, or transfers from USPS to the neighborhood transporter in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or postpones once the bundle has left the United States. We recommend for you to check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs may be prior to placing your order.




USPS HANDLING


We are not responsible for the USPS delivery process due to wheather, loss, time etc. we are not responsible for any kind shipment issues caused by USPS! Therefore if at any time you choose not to purchase a reship fee, then please know that you will be issued a online store credit only and that will be in the full amount of your order minus the shipping cost. NO REFUNDS! NO EXCEPTIONS!




ARE YOU CRUELTY FREE?


Yes, we are and will forever remain a cruelty-free company. We do not or ever will we test our products on animals nor do we allow manufacturers, affiliates or supplies to be able to do so or conduct any kind of testing ever on our behalf.
